Exobrew Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 19 April 2025


This policy applies to all Exobrew purchases made directly from www.exobrew.com for home use in the United States.

1. Cancellations

You may cancel your Exobrew order at any time before shipment, at no additional cost, by contacting Exobrew support at [email protected].

If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation fees may apply:

A fee is in place, as we need to reroute and manually restock the order. If your product has already been delivered, please review the Returns section below.


2. Returns

You may return your Exobrew device for a full refund within 30 days of delivery (the “Return Period”). Refunds will cover the purchase price of the device and any unused ingredient kits, excluding shipping or applicable cancellation fees. To initiate a return, contact Exobrew Support.

(i) Return Conditions

  • Products must be returned in original packaging.

  • If packaging is not available, replacement shipping material may be provided at an additional charge.

  • You must submit photos of the product within 2 days of your return request. Approval from Exobrew is required before proceeding with return shipping.

  • Once approved, you will have 7 days to ship the product. If this timeline is not met, your return may be declined.

(ii) Refund Timeline

Refunds may take up to 30 days from the date Exobrew receives and inspects the returned product.

(iii) Product Condition

  • Products must be clean and undamaged.

  • Missing accessories or signs of wear/damage may result in a refurbishment fee, which will be deducted from the refund or invoiced to your card on file.


4. Defects and Malfunctions

If your Exobrew product is defective or malfunctions during the warranty period, we’ll provide a free repair or replacement under our Limited Warranty.


5. Additional Notes

  • Returns outside the 30 days are not accepted unless covered under the Limited Warranty.

  • Brew kits or starter kits are non-refundable once they have been opened.

  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment only.
