How can I get support if my brewing machine is malfunctioning?Updated a day ago

If you encounter an issue with your brewing machine, our support team is ready to assist. We ask for your Base ID, which can be found on the back of the machine under the QR code, to properly identify and address your concern. Please leave the base station plugged in for remote support.  It's our goal to ensure you can enjoy brewing without difficulties.
