If your card was debited with an amount, please first check if this is a  charge for your pro membership.  This amount could be 8,50 Euro (monthly) or 89 Euro (annually). 

If this is not the case, please contact our support at [email protected] and provide us with a screenshot of the charge and the team will help you out further.
