The hardware or spare parts are warranted for twenty-four (24) months from the original shipping date or purchase against defective materials and workmanship.
If a brew pack, starter pack, or digital service turns out to be defective or doesn't look or work as advertised, we will replace the product within 30 days, based on our cooling-off period policy.
Warranty service
If you require warranty service, you should inform the Exobrew support team and return the product from which it was purchased.
- When it's purchased from Exobrew, we need an email confirmation of your order starting with SH.
- When it's purchased from a retailer (here is the list), we require an email confirmation from the retailer
- When it's purchased second-hand, we require an email conversation and confirmation between you and the seller
Repair or Replace the product
- Exobrew guarantees that your machine will work for 100 brew sessions for customers (excludes business). If your machines break down, MiniBrew will focus on repairing or replacing the product or the defective parts.
The warranty covers none of the following:
- Period check-ups, maintenance, repair, or replacement of parts due to normal wear and tear.
- Cost relating to the transport, removal, or installation of the product.
- Misuse, including the failure to use the product for its normal purpose, or incorrect installation.
- Damage caused by lightning, water, fire, acts of God, War, Public disturbances, incorrect main voltage, improper beer quality or ingredients, or any other cause.
Country Coverage
- Warranty is valid for consumers (excludes business) based in the US (48 states) .
Repair Center
- Warranty repairs will be done by Authorised Exobrew centers or contracted companies by Exobrew. No reimbursement will be made for repairs carried out by non-related companies.
Warranty Card
- Each GEN machine or Smart keg comes with a warranty card. If you cannot find your warranty card or have lost it. Here is a digital version.
