The wort is boiled in Smart keg made from stainless steel (SS304) to extract flavour, particularly bitterness and aroma compounds. Boiling also stabilises the wort by killing any residual micro organisms from the malt and unwanted proteins. The MiniBrew boils your wort up to 100 degrees celsius (212 Fahrenheit).
Minibrew unique conical design features plus an internal heater in the Base station through which the wort passes in double u-shape path before returning the wort to the stainless steel Smart Keg.
