At times, you may encounter an issue where the pump fails to prime itself during the rinse process. This can be resolved by manually priming the pump and ensuring proper water flow. Below are 5 simples step instructions to guide you through this process.

1. Mount the keg

1. 1. 1.   Put the Smart Keg in the Base Station

1. 2. Add water

   1. 1. 1.   Pour 2.5-3 liters of water into the keg.

4. 3. Attach rinse connector

   1. 1. 1.   Connect the rinse connector part to the base station 
      2. 2.   Connect the tube to the bal lock connector on the keg post 
7. 
   

8. 4. Prime the pump

   1. If no water flow through there is a simple trick. 

9. 

1. 1. 1.  Remove the ball lock connector from the tube
   2. 2.  Suck gently until you observe water rising inside the tube

Safety NOTE: Please remove the power to execute step 4. The objective is get a bit of water through the tubes. 

5. 5. Check if pump is primed

   1. The pump should now be successfully primed.Restart the rinse process on the app or portal and Follow the steps provided by the app or portal for the rinse process.
