If you encounter an error message, it's likely due to a component not being properly placed. Fortunately, this is an easy fix that you can resolve yourself.

Error Mash Tun Placement

1. The error typically occurs during the mashing mode, either at the start.

3. 1. We recommend to make sure the mash tun cap is properly set into the mash tun.

6. 2. Once you place the Mash tun on top the Smart Keg, we recommend to push it down. You  can use your finger to push the mash tun into the yellow connectors.

9. 3. The seal of the Mash tun cap should NOT be visible.
