We know you're excited to receive your Exobrew, and we’re here to help you understand the shipping process. Based on estimated timelines, this article covers everything you need to know. 

If you're located in Puerto Rico, Hawaii or Alaska, please note that shipping may take longer due to logistical factors. Read on for answers to common questions about when your order will ship and what to expect along the way.


What is an Estimated Ship Batch, and when will I receive mine?

Your Estimated Ship Batch is the earliest period we predict your order will be ready for shipment. You’ll receive this estimate shortly after your address is approved. This helps you plan and ensures a smooth delivery and installation process.

Batch 1 is delivered in April 2025


When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within the timeline outlined in your Order Confirmation. Once we receive your approved address, we send your order to our warehouse for processing. 

Please note that your order will not ship until this address is approved. Our logistics team works diligently to ship orders as soon as possible, allowing for timely processing. 

If you're located in Puerto Rico,  Hawaii or Alaska, your shipping timeframe may be longer than our standard estimate. We’re dedicated to getting your order to you as quickly as possible.


How long does it take for my order to reach my local hub once it ships?

Once your Exobrew ships, it generally takes 2-5 business days to arrive. We use UPS ground shipment. 


Do you ship to Canada?

At the moment, we focus on US only. 


What happens when a shipping issue occurs?

If you have any delivery concerns, such as missing packages or partial deliveries, we're here to help. If you have a tracking number or any specifics about your order, please provide them. This will enable us to verify the details and resolve the situation regarding your shipped items.


Can I change my order during shipment?

Yes, if your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation fees may apply. Check our cancellation policy.


Do you know if I can pick up my order?

Pickup is not available as we work with a third-party logistics company based in Los Angeles, which is not equipped for individual customer pickups, only for distributors.
