Icelandic Pale AleUpdated a day ago
Minibrew Brewpacks are the recipe kits required to brew small-scale batches of home-brew beer using the Minibrew; a selection can be found in the shop.
You can find details about each recipe in our shop. However, these packs are sometimes out of stock and can't be found on our website.
The brewing part on the base station always follows the same steps: mixing the malt, adding hops to the carousel, mashing, boiling and cooling.
The fermentation part in the keg differs alot between recipes, so a schedule can be found below.
Icelandic Pale Ale
The Icelandic Pale ale is hop-forward with fruity tones. The flavor mainly comes from the simple two-malt and one-hop recipe rather than fermentation. The Icelandic character comes from the malt, which has just a little more spice and intensity, compared to your average American Pale Ale. The beer is packed with flavor, so you will definitely want a second round!
