If you're allergic to wheat, we've got you covered! Our Icelandic Pale Ale is made without wheat, making it an excellent choice for those avoiding it. You can enjoy craft-quality beer while staying true to your wheat-free diet.



Gluten-Reduced Brewing

All of our current recipes include gluten-containing grains. However, if you're sensitive to gluten, there’s still a way to enjoy brewing with Exobrew.

We recommend using a special product called Brewers Clarex. This liquid enzyme is added to the cooled wort at the start of fermentation. It works by breaking down gluten proteins into smaller peptides that are not harmful to individuals with gluten intolerance.

Benefits of Using Brewers Clarex:

  • Reduces gluten content to below 20 ppm (considered gluten-free by many standards)

  • Does not alter the flavor or quality of the beer

  • Also acts as a clarifier, improving beer clarity.

You can purchase Brewers Clarex online or through brewing supply stores. Add it when prompted to pitch the yeast, and continue brewing as usual.
